Deposit
All houseboat rentals require a $200 advance confirmation
/ security deposit. This confirmation / security deposit is paid at
the time you make your reservation and will remain intact until aftter your
rental period, as a security deposit for boat damage, excessive cleaning or
damage. Confirmation deposit will be refunded only if your reservation
can be filled by another or written cancellation is received 45 days in
advance. A 10% handling fee will be charged on all confirmation
deposit refunds.
Rental Payment
The total amount of your rental, plus sales tax and a
$10 LP gas charge is due upon arrival. Gas and oil charges are
NOT included in rental price. We accept cash,
cashier’s check, MasterCard, VISA, or Discover. (A 4% booking fee will be
added to credit card amount charged.)
Reservations
You may reserve the houseboat by telephone or in person.
Telephone reservations require a credit card. Renter must be a responsible
adult, 21 or older with a valid drivers license
Sorry no pets. We would be glad to assist you with arranging a local kennel for your pet
